Return & Exchange policy

At Milan Jewelry, your satisfaction means a lot to us. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help—please review our return policy below.

Returns

  • Items purchased online only can be returned within 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Returns must be requested and shipped from the same delivery address used for the original order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition
  • It must be returned in its original box and packaging, with all tags and labels intact
  • All accessories and the original invoice must be included

If your item was purchased as part of a promotional bundle, the entire bundle must be returned to process the refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after 15 days. If a return is sent after this period, the item may be sent back to your delivery address, and delivery charges may apply.

Excluded Items

For hygiene and customer safety reasons, some items cannot be returned:

  • Pierced jewelry if the seal is broken or tampered with

You are welcome to try items on as you would in-store. However, if an item is returned damaged, worn, or not in resalable condition, we won’t be able to issue a refund and may return the item to you with delivery charges applied.

Responsibility for Returns

Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach Milan Jewelry.

Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

We also recommend keeping proof of postage in case you need to follow up on your return.

Fair Use Policy

To maintain fair shopping for all customers, we monitor return activity. Accounts may be restricted or deactivated if we notice:

  • Items being worn before return
  • Frequent or excessive returns
  • Returned items not matching the original order

If you believe this has happened in error, please contact our Customer Service at +966 55 356 1501, and we’ll be happy to assist.

If your account is deactivated and you need to make a valid return, our team will provide a return label; however, return shipping costs will apply.

Milan Jewelry reserves the right to take legal action if returned items do not match the original order.

Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different size, color, or design, please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We’re truly sorry if you receive a damaged or faulty item.

Please return the item as soon as possible and select “Faulty” as the return reason. If you’re unable to submit a return request, contact our Customer Service team and we’ll assist you.

We do not offer replacements for faulty items, but you may place a new order for the same item if it’s available.

All returned items are inspected. If wear and tear is found instead of a genuine fault, a refund cannot be processed.
